Hi, welcome to my portfolio. I built this site specifically for the Director of Communications and Outreach interview because I wanted a space that clearly shows how I think, how I work, and what I bring to the table. Since I’ve only been here a short time, I know it’s natural for people to have questions about readiness or pace. Extenuating circumstances aside, I typically work quickly, stay organized, and communicate clearly. I take pride in following through, keeping things moving, and making sure the people around me always know what’s going on. I care about this mission, I care about this community, and I wanted this portfolio to reflect that.

I bring years of cross-sector experience with a strong focus on nonprofit marketing, fundraising support, event management, and community engagement. I’ve worked in environments with real resources and environments where the budget was whatever you could pull together, and both shaped the way I problem-solve. I’m creative, technical, and intentional with the way I build systems. I like things simple, clear, and efficient, and I rely on real data and observations when I make decisions. This site is an example of how I build from scratch, stay organized, and create digital tools that actually support the work. Everything here reflects my voice, my strategy, and the kind of leadership I bring into this position.
